T-Shirts – inventoried and will mention in Dec. newsletter and at pack mtgs $12ea

Roundtable – 12/15/05 7pm at Council Office Holiday Party, bring unwrapped toy for “Toys For Tots” and a gift for the Chinese gift exchange also bring a food dish, email Melanie

Newsletter – den 10 helps out in Dec. newsletter - Mention donation items needed in January

Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest / Pack Mtg – this Friday - 12/16/05 – Len Coordinating – Budget $350

Jakes Adventure Camping – 1/21/06 – David Garrett / Christine Coordinator – David to contact La-No-Che to make sure we can camp.  Get a list of campers from our pack.

Lake Lotus Fishing Trip – 2/11/06 – Mike Nelson Coordinator - Budget $240 Mike to book pavilion at Lake Lotus. Organize fishing after Christamas (Ted Lange will help).  Organize food

Pack Trailer – need a sign out log – need transfer of tag from Art.

Recruitment – Scout incentive especially for Webelos1 – Rob to contact Melanie about possible school night

Blue & Gold – 2/24/06 - Denise coordinator – Budget $350 – facility = Clay Springs Cafeteria

Camp Sawyer Camping Trip – 3/12-3/17 - Christine coordinator – deposit paid by pack  NOTE new end date -  Sunday night – Friday night

Pinewood Derby – 3/25/06 – Chris DiRocco Coordinator - Budget $270 – Chris to book pavilion

Family Fest – 5/6/06 – Nina Nelson & Jeff Milligan Coordinators - Budget $100

Crossing Over – 5/20/06 – Debbie Dirocco Coordinator - Budget $ TBD  - location = Wekiva
